This work isn't just my profession, it's my path too. I came to counselling through my own experience of feeling disconnected, unseen, and unsure of who I was. That's part of why I care so deeply about creating a space where you don't have to perform or explain yourself. I know what it feels like to sit across from someone and wonder if you'll be judged. You won't be, here.
What sessions look like...
You talk. I listen, not to diagnose or fix, but to really hear you. We move at your pace, and there's no pressure to arrive with the right words or a tidy summary of your week. Some sessions go deep; others are quieter. Both are okay. There's no homework unless you want it, no clock-watching, and no moment where I'll tell you what to do. This is your space.
